Draft status and contracting party
These proposed terms are for review and are not presented as finalized customer terms. Operator: Cinderway Interactive LLC. LLC registration jurisdiction: Florida, United States. No checkout or acceptance flow is active.
The effective date, governing law, dispute process and required business notices must be completed and reviewed before a hosted commercial launch.
Planned sales coverage
Initial online sales are planned for the United States, Canada and other primarily English-speaking countries. Final availability and country-specific commercial terms will be confirmed before checkout is enabled. This does not select a governing law or dispute venue.
Purpose and permitted use
Marsward provides operational context for applications and associated resources. Only scan repositories and connect accounts you are authorized to access. Do not use the service to obtain another party’s data, circumvent access controls, distribute malware or disrupt systems.
Your records and responsibilities
You retain your rights in your content. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of inventory records, source-folder access and information you share in reports. Do not enter credentials or unnecessary personal information into notes, URLs or support requests.
The proposed service permission is limited to processing your content to provide the features you request. Broader licensing, retention and deletion terms must be reviewed before launch.
External providers and operational decisions
External providers remain responsible for their own services and terms. Static discoveries can be incomplete or incorrect, and observations can be stale or unavailable. Check the cited evidence and provider dashboard before making operational decisions.
The optional Vercel connector reads authorized deployment metadata and does not change provider infrastructure. Marsward is not an emergency response system or a substitute for your own backups, monitoring and incident procedures.
Pricing, billing and cancellation
Prices on the pricing page are proposals. No subscriptions, renewals or payments are enabled. Currency, taxes, billing periods, cancellation, refunds, plan changes and payment-provider terms must be published before purchase is possible.
Availability and changes
The local review build is experimental and carries no uptime or response-time commitment. Features may change during development. Any future service-level commitments, material-change notices, suspension rules and termination procedures must be stated in the final agreement.
Liability and dispute terms awaiting review
Warranty language, liability allocation, any lawful liability cap, indemnities, governing law and dispute resolution are intentionally not invented here. They require review for the actual contracting entity, customers and jurisdiction. Nothing in this draft purports to remove non-waivable rights.
